Recognising that well-trained staff are essential to safety, we provide comprehensive training programmes for our team members. This ensures they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties safely and efficiently.
All our operatives hold a minimum of CSCS Skilled Worker cards and are dedicated to maintaining the high standards set out in our company training policy. Our supervisors are SSSTS (Site Supervisors’ Safety Training Scheme) certified, ensuring strong leadership and safety management across all sites. Our site operatives are trained and certified in IPAF for cherry pickers and scissor lifts, PASMA for mobile tower scaffolding, IPAF Harness Training for working at height, and First Aid at Work to ensure safety and expertise on-site.
